LUNKAN Music & Media to EuropaVox

The new music festival EuropaVox will take place in Clermont-Ferrand in France during May 30 and June 4. It will also be a place for the music industry to meet at a specific area called Pro Village. Swedish music will also be represented by Anna Ternheim and Montag Mania. For more information about the festival check out the website www.europavox.com.

Janne Lundqvist, CEO of LUNKAN Music & Media will be present at EuropaVox and can be contacted at the Pro Village section during the festival.

LUNKAN Music & Media to Midem 2003

Between January 19-23 the 37th International Music Market Midem will take place at Palais Des Festivals in Cannes.

LUNKAN Music & Media will be present at Midem and being represented by Janne Lundqvist. LUNKAN Music & Media can be contacted at the Swedish stand Export Music Sweden (Stand 18.08).

At Midem Janne Lundqvist will meet old and new contacts and present new projects.

New independent network in the Swedish music industry

On December 11 the first meeting was held by MBIN (Music Business Independent Network). This organisation intends to collect all the competence available at the independent companies working with marketing, sales, promotion etc within the Swedish music industry.

Instrumental in starting this new organisation are Janne Lundqvist (LUNKAN Music & Media), Anders Hedqvist (Music For You), Karin Häggblom (Quicksand Promotion) and Mankie Eriksson (ME Entertainment).

The aim for this organisation is to find new ways of collaboration and to be able to offer new services for companies needing help in the Swedish music business.

The first meeting were attended by Janne "Lunkan " Lundqvist (LUNKAN Music & Media), Anders Hedqvist (Music For You), Johanna Randolph (Randolph Promotion), Petra Kauraisa (Emmylou), Karin Häggblom (Quicksand PR), Susanne Wallin (Event & Sånt), Fredrik Ekdahl (Music Broker), Helena Dillén (Generation Stockholm), Henrik Hawor (Music Broker) and Mankie Eriksson (ME Entertainment).

Mobilehits Music Pack - compilation CD with added value

Mobilehits Music Pack is a new compilation CD, that apart from hit tracks also offers ringtones and logos to your mobile. Included with each CD is a unique code, which is activated on Mobilehits (www.mobilehits.se), where you can choose from thousands of ringtones and logos.

In addition to this there is also the music video "Floorfiller" with A-Teens, a demo of the PC game "James Bond 007 - Nightfire" and a PC trailer of "The Two Towers".

All in all, a new way of packaging music and giving additional value to the consumer.

LUNKAN Music & Media acted as project manager for Mobilehits Music Pack, which is a joint venture of Mobilehits and Music For You. This is the first project for LUNKAN Music & Media.

Mobilehits Music Pack will be released on November 28, 2002.
